Banquet Reservations

Follow the below steps to reserve and pay for the banquet meals after entering the PayPal payment process.

• Click on the menu picture or name of the menu item you want to order.
• Enter the number of the entrees you want to order (1 is the default). Then click "Add to Cart".
• A pop-up will display on a lower section of the page with your selection and the amount. You may have to scrowl up a little to see it. If this is all you are ordering, read the note below, then click "Checkout" and finalize your order.
• If you have multiple items to order and you want to continue shopping use the "Back" arrow at the top left of the page by clicking it 2 times. This should get you back to the menu selection page. Continue processing as above until done making selections. Then read the note below, press the "Checkout" button, and finalize your order. 
• NOTE: On the checkout page you will find a data line to the right below the subtotal with "Add note to seller". Click on the data line and a entry box will appear. Enter your unit and your guest's name. Continue to checkout. On the same page you will see a "Continue Shopping" line. Should you click on this it will return you to the Website Home page. Don't use it.

Make your reservation for the banquet by selecting the entree and entree amount for each person attending the banquet. Send a note or letter with the following information:

• Vietnam Veteran's Name and Unit.Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number, selected Entree and cost.
• Your guest's name and entree selection and cost. 
• Sum the cost of all entrees and send the note or letter with a check or money order for the total amount made payable to the  14TH Transportation Battalion Assoc.    
• Mail the note and check or money order to the following address
