8th Biennial Reunion Schedule of Events
Sunday Oct. 24 through Check-Out Oct. 28, 2021

Hospitality Room

After hotel check in and once you've settled in, proceed to the hospitality room for membership registration and receive your welcome packet.

The room will be open daily 10:00 AM- 09:00 PM for refreshments, coffee, beer, wine, soda, water & snacks.

Registration

There will be a $25 registration fee when registering for the reunion and Banquet. This charge is to cover the association’s expense for the reunion and you will be posted to the association roster as a paid member for 2021. Those members who have paid their current membership dues will not be charged a registration fee unless they want to pay for 2022 dues.

Officers. Setup of Hospitality Room for reunion.
Shop for refreshment and other items we need. Order Birthday cake for Joyce. Fill envelopes for distribution to attendees.

Oct 24, Sun

Registration. Meet and greet in the hospitality room.
On your own. Select a tour or sightseeing venue of your choice at "Tours & Places to Visit" section..
Or Sign up for Casio trip on Monday afternoon at 3:00.
Also sign up for Pima Air Museum tour on Tuesday a 8:45 am..

Oct 25, Mon

Registration, Meet and Greet in the hospitality room.
On your own. Select a tour or sightseeing venue of your choice at "Tours & Places to Visit" section..

Monday afternoon at 3::00 pm there will be bus transportation to Desert Diamond Casino for those who want to go. At 7:00 pm there will be bus transportation back to the hotel. This will be the only bus bus back. After that you will be on your own

Oct 26, Tue

Registration. Meet and Greet in the hospitality room.
On your own until 5:45pm. Select a tour or sightseeing venue of your choice at "Tours & Places to Visit" section.
8:45 am - Be at the front of the hotel by Prima Air Tour to board a bus. The bus will depart at 9:00 am.
Buy your tickets at Prima Air when you arrive. $16.50 for adults, $13.50 for groups of 20 or more.
There will be two returning buses. 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm If you miss the last bus you will be on your own.
6:00 pm - Pizza party/in Hospitality Room.
7:00 pm: - Biennial meeting of officers, directors, and general membership. Treasurers report, Election of officers, pick location for next reunion and open discussions.

Oct 27, Wed

On your own until 4:45pm. Select a tour or sightseeing venue of your choice at "Tours & Places to Visit" section
4:45 pm - Bus transportation to Pima Air for the banquet. Transportation provided by the Desert Diamond Casino.
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm: Banquet - will be at the Pima Air & Space Museum.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm: Banquet social hour and picture taking.
6:30 pm Take your seats.
6:45 pm - 7:00 pm: National Anthem sung by Joyce Woods.
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm: Welcome by President Tom Myles, invocation by Russell Planck, and Dinner. Guest speaker Carl Wolf. Announcements.
Social time.
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm: Cash Bar.

5:00- 6:00 social hour at the banquet.

Free bus transportation from the hotel will be available to and from the Pima Air and Space Museum for those who would like to go. What we need is to find out how many would be interested in going, in order to get a Bus. So please email Ralph Frank at [email protected] and let him know if you plan to go on Tuesday morning and how many in your party.

The bus will depart as a group and return at a set time as a group. Your on your own at the museum.
