9th Biennial Reunion Schedule of Events
Wednesday Nov. 8th through Check-Out Nov. 13th

* If you don't know who your Unit Director is click Officers.

Hospitality Room

After hotel check in and once you've settled in, proceed to the hospitality room for membership registration and receive your welcome packet.

The room will be open daily 08:00 AM - 11:45 PM for refreshments, coffee, beer, wine, soda, water & snacks.

Registration

There will be a $25 registration fee when registering for the reunion and Banquet.  This charge is to cover the association’s expense for the reunion and you will be posted to the association roster as a paid member for 2023. Those members who have paid their current membership dues will not be charged a registration fee.

Participate in the Veterans Day Parade by walking or ride in the 14th Battalion bus.

6:00 pm -  Pizza party/in Hospitality Room.
​7:00 pm: - Biennial meeting of officers, directors, and general membership. Treasurers report, Election of officers, pick location for next reunion and open discussions. 

Nov. 12, Sun

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm: 
5:00 pm  - 6:00 pm:   Banquet social hour and picture taking.
6:00 pm    Take your seats.
6:45 pm -  7:00 pm:  Presentation of the colors,  National Anthem sung by Joyce  Woods. 
7:00 pm  - 10:00 pm: Welcome by President Tom Myles, invocation by ????, and Dinner. Guest speaker Robert C Sarver 67-68,  Announcements, .
Social time.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm:  Cash Bar.

Reunion comes to a close after breakfast.
Thanks for coming and have a safe trip home.

Candid photos will be taken of Officers and  Directors and each group unit's picture during the
5:00- 6:00  social hour at the banquet.
